She is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Management.She is a Gold Medalist in her Master's Degree in Management,from Sri Vidyanikethan Institute of Management,Rangampet,Tirupati.Her Dual  Specializations in MBA are Human Resource Management and Marketing.Management.She has qualified NET JRF (National Eligibility Test for Lectureship with Junior Research Fellowship) conducted by UGC IN 2011.She also qualified SET-AP&TS (State Eligibilty Test for Lectureship-Andhrapradesh&Telangana States)in 2014.In addition,She has also qualified Degree Lecturer's  exam (commerce) conducted by APPSC in 2012.Her areas of research interests lies in the domain of Human Resource Management,Stress Management,Strategic Management ,Organizational Behaviour and Marketing Management.,She has  completed  SWAYAM-NPTEL courses  on Marketing Management, Organizational Behaviour and Business Communication..She has presented papers in National,International semianrs,conferences and published in Journals.
