Vikrama Simhapuri University, situated in Kakutur, Venkatachalam, is surrounded by lush forests, serene water bodies, and verdant paddy and agricultural fields. This unique geographical setting provides not only a picturesque backdrop but also a fertile ground for the university's multifaceted research endeavours. Leveraging the surrounding natural resources, the university conducts interdisciplinary research aimed at addressing pressing societal challenges.

First and foremost, I would like to congratulate the university on its outstanding accomplishment of attaining the coveted NAAC 'A' grade with an impressive CGPA score of 3.23. This achievement is a testament to the relentless efforts and unwavering dedication of the entire university community. With this milestone, I am confident that the university is poised to achieve top rankings in the prestigious NIRF and other International rankings in future.

Over the past fifteen years, the university has made remarkable strides in serving the community, notably by empowering individuals with the skills needed to thrive and bringing about positive transformations in their lives. Through various outreach, community, and extension initiatives, the university has made a tangible impact, particularly in uplifting marginalized and disadvantaged segments of society. The accolades garnered by our National Service Scheme are truly remarkable, having received the National award for Best University and twice in the volunteer categories, alongside numerous state-level awards.

By providing opportunities for participation in diverse fields and facilitating economic and political development, we have demonstrated our commitment to societal advancement. In upholding our motto of ‘Satyam Gnanamanantham,’ we affirm that truth, knowledge, and wisdom are boundless and everlasting.
