Kota Neela Mani Kanta is a Mechanical Engineer and Post graduated in Management. He has successfully completed UGC NET eligibility and  Ph D from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupathi. He is also alumni of Indian Institute of Management (IIM – Indore). He started his career as Assistant Manager in Escorts - Tractors Division, New Delhi and worked for two years. Later with academic interest he  started his career as Assistant Professor, Department of Management Studies, KSRM College of Management Studies ratified by Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupathi. He then joined Vikrama Simhapuri University, Nellore in the year of 2013, currently working as Assistant Professor, Department of Tourism Management. He is also Coordinator of Gandhian Studies Centre, VSU and Co – Convener, VSUPGCET. His research interest is in the area of Strategic Management, Marketing and Human Resource Management. He has published many papers in International and Nationally reputed and UGC listed journals with high impact factor. He has delivered papers in various International and National conferences and Seminars.
